RETURNS & REFUNDS
Please email us at email@example.com or call +44 (0)7557977079 and we can advise you if the item you would like to exchange for is in stock.
Exchanges can be made on a like-for-like basis, this means a different size or colour of the same product. If you would like a different product, please use the same process to return the item for a refund and place a new order.
Customer satisfaction is of serious importance to us. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase please return it to us within 30 days of receipt and in an as new condition.

We recommend that you send your returns using a recorded or signed for service post and that you retain proof of postage. Parcels that are returned to us remain the customer's responsibility and a refund will not be given until we have received them.
All returns should be in ‘as new’ condition, both unwashed and unworn. When returning items to Nakeid, please ensure the product is well packaged and protected from damage in transit. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for returned items that are not in saleable condition.
For international returns packages must be marked “Goods returned under warranty” as Nakeid cannot be responsible for any customs charges incurred.

RETURN OF FAULTY GOODS
Nakeid is committed to product excellence and stands behind the quality of the products it produces, although, from time-to-time manufacturing faults can and do occur. If you think your product has a suffered a manufacturing fault please contact us asap and we will organise either and exchange or a refund on receipt of the faulty item. Items that are damaged as a result of excessive or long term usage are not considered faulty.
